How to reduce stress out of your body?  Here are some tips that it can help you with your stress and your anxiety. 1.  Do a relaxation exercise :   First, you can  also start with your muscles for about five seconds and then relax for 30 seconds, and repeat. In this relaxation technique, you may form mental images to take a visual journey to a peaceful, calming place or situation. 2.  Use positive self-talk : When you do in something, you should think it in positive like "You can do this. You’re smart and strong and you’ve done bigger things before. Even if things don’t go your way, you’re doing the best you can." 3.  Manage your time :   Time management is a way to find the time for all the things you want and need to do. Stress occurs in most people, mostly adults ,They often think about many issues such as study, futuer, family and love. stress causes some people to suffer a lot, such as not wanting to say much, being quiet in the room, being depressed, not wanting to think about anything, or even committing suicide. If you have a lot of stress in your life, find ways to reduce it, such as:                                                            Give your self a break Play some online game or play sports with your friends. Find good time like vacation to rest from school. Go to shopping or watching movies with your partner. Go to where you want to go like sea or camping with your friends in forest or mountain. Enjoy life with your friends.   Get exercise Do exercise also helps you get happy too. Walking, running, cycling and go to the gym to make exercises. Have time to exercise regularly 1hour a day or 3 a week. I’m not sure how much you can do but it will help you very well.
