Stress occurs in most people, mostly adults ,They often think about many issues such as study, futuer, family and love.

stress causes some people to suffer a lot, such as not wanting to say much, being quiet in the room, being depressed, not wanting to think about anything, or even committing suicide.

Every problem always has a solution, stress relief is only us who do it, it is impossible that we are not active and lose stress, have to deal with it from a young age and do what you love and with a smile.
