 First, you can also start with your muscles for about five seconds and then relax for 30 seconds, and repeat. In this relaxation technique, you may form mental images to take a visual journey to a peaceful, calming place or situation.




2. Use positive self-talk :

When you do in something, you should think it in positive like "You can do this. You’re smart and strong and you’ve done bigger things before. Even if things don’t go your way, you’re doing the best you can."

Manage your time :

 
Time management is a way to find the time for all the things you want and need to do. It helps you decide which things are urgent and which can wait, and doing so can make your life easier, less stressful, and more meaningful.


 

4. Eat healthy :

5. Get enough sleep : 

 Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day to help you sleep better. Adults need 7 or more hours per night.
