1. Don't be alone in the room

 When you are stressed you should go out, you will see a lot people and a beautiful world. And it can

 make your feel refreshed.





2. Meet Friends

When you meet friends, it's also a part of eliminating stress, because when meet friends we always do

 something to fun like : PLAY GAMES , PLAY MUSIC , DRINK BEER....





3. Play Sports


Playing sports make our body strong and healthy. Of course, when we are healthy, stress will be

 eliminated and our brain will think only good things.
