Stress reduction

If you have a lot of stress in your life, find ways to reduce it, such as:                                                           

Give your self a breakPlay some online game or play sports with your friends. Find good time like vacation to rest from school. Go to shopping or watching movies with your partner. Go to where you want to go like sea or camping with your friends in forest or mountain. Enjoy life with your friends.

 

Get exerciseDo exercise also helps you get happy too. Walking, running, cycling and go to the gym to make exercises. Have time to exercise regularly 1hour a day or 3 a week. I’m not sure how much you can do but it will help you very well. You will get a good body and better health.

 

Have a good mealEat vegetables and fruits. Don’t eat junk foods and snacks because it’s not good for health. Have a daily breakfast. Drink water 3L a day. Don’t drink too much energy drink. Sleep regularly 7 or 8 hours a night.


Enjoy with your lifeIf you have a hard time in your life enjoy with it. Don’t be sad about it .Think about it different ways. It’s will help you to get better and stronger than old you. Everyone can not help you but the only person that can help you is yourself.
