What is stress?

What can we do to reduce our stress?

2/ You do not have to work too much and should rest for 10 to 20 minutes. Especially at night, you sleep for 6 to 7 hours, and you get up to read a book or exercise and eat breakfast in particular.




3/ Seek help when needed; discuss and talk to friends or family members who are there to help you at all times, especially to keep you mentally healthy or reduce stress or anxiety.
