times for a break
You can hang out with your friends to play something that you likes , get enough sleep , do excercise , eat enough and enjoy your life not to be alone.
2. Get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep is very important for body , brain and sleep also can reduce stress .
3. Attend events
Attend events can help you to meet a new friends , make you happy ,make you feel good and it is a good tip for delete stress too.
