Are you stress ?

What is stress ? Stress is a problem or situation that a person has difficulty coping with that can cause that person stress.


How do we reduce stress? We have a lot way to reduce stress. 

      1. Take a break:  Allow yourself time to do nothing and just be or go to a place that helps you feel relaxed and fresh. Take a break helps you maintain your mental and physical health .

 

       2. Try something new:  Do what you don’t usually do and train yourself to take a risk and don’t afraid of failure. This way you can be confident in yourself.



        

        3. Do outdoor activities:   Don’t just stay or do indoor activities try some outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, or skydiving. It helps you improve your mood and reduce stress and depression.
