How to reduce stress out of your body?  Here are some tips that it can help you with your stress and your anxiety. 1.  Do a relaxation exercise :   First, you can  also start with your muscles for about five seconds and then relax for 30 seconds, and repeat. In this relaxation technique, you may form mental images to take a visual journey to a peaceful, calming place or situation. 2.  Use positive self-talk : When you do in something, you should think it in positive like "You can do this. You’re smart and strong and you’ve done bigger things before. Even if things don’t go your way, you’re doing the best you can." 3.  Manage your time :   Time management is a way to find the time for all the things you want and need to do. It helps you decide which things are urgent and which can wait

Stress occurs in most people, mostly adults ,They often think about many issues such as study, futuer, family and love. stress causes some people to suffer a lot, such as not wanting to say much, being quiet in the room, being depressed, not wanting to think about anything, or even committing suicide.
