How to deal with stress?

 + What is stress?

            People have very different ideas with respect to their definition of stress. Probably the most common is, "physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension." Another popular definition of stress is "a condition or feeling experienced when a person perceives that demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilize."

+ What cause stress?
            
            Stress can be caused by external factors, such as financial or relationship problems or internal factors, such as feelings of failure or uncertainly about the future. About 33% of people report feeling extreme stress. 77% of people that affects their physical health. 73% of people have stress that impacts their mental health. 48% of people have trouble sleeping because of stress.

            Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can help you manage them. It's cause many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease...

+ How to deal with stress?
            Stress happens to everyone. Stress affects us. So if you are stressed, must find a solution immediately. Here are some solutions:

- Get your sleep
            Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep. Sleep helps us rechange our brains and bodies. Try to set a fixed time in your routine to fall asleep. Many people find sleep masks or blackout curtains as well as ear plugs great for removing visual and audio distractions.

- Music     

            One of the ways to relieve stress to listen to a good music. It could be your all-time favorite song or one that has a relaxing melody. You just have to feel the beat and focus on the rhythm. After a couple songs, you'll become more relaxed.

- Learn something new

            It helps you gain new experiences, trains your brain to handle a wide range of challenges. Especially it can reduce stress. Luckily, there is a better solutions:

1. Learn Chinese

2. Learn how to cook

3. Learn how to paint 

4. Find your fav sport 

- Spending with family and friends
            Spending time with family or friend is such an important part of living. Talking to a friend/family is just getting something stressful off your chest can be a huge stress reliever.
            There are a bunch of apps that could cope with stress. However, there is one app that I really into it and I have been used it since a couple years ago. Now It is became my favorite. The program I would like to recommend is SPOTIFY. 
            Spotify is a digital music, podcast, and video service that gives you access to millions of songs and other content from creators all over the world. Spotify is popular for those who keen on music.
