Today I want to share the technique that I used before:

  • Relaxation technique: can help you cope with everyday stress and these techniques can
    help with long-time stress relate to various health problems, such as heart disease and pain. you can find someplace that can make you feel comfortable and relaxed to improve your feel better or can do active the most favorites you like.

  • Exercise: is a great way to reduce stress. It helps your body produce endorphins, which are natural mood boosters such as swimming, dancing, gardening, bicycling, brisk walking, jogging or running, boxing, and yoga.


  • Sleep: is also important for reducing stress. Getting enough sleep can help you feel more relaxed and less anxious. Chromic stress causes dysregulation of the sleep-wake cycle, the internal clock that tells for several months, you suffer from chronic insomnia and need to see the doctor.
  • Eating a healthy diet: what we eat and drink can affect our health. Try to eat a balanced diet and eat at regular intervals. Drink enough fluids. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables if you can. Avoid sugary cereals, pastries, and too much caffeine. Instead focus on protein from food like eggs, dairy foods, nuts, and seeds combined with complex carbohydrates, such as those found in whole grains.
