Techniques to relieve stress and self-care
No matter where you are or what gender you are in every moment of life always has things that make us think and analyze. Whether it's about work, study, life, family, relationships, or whatever, it's normal for every human being to always think and worry about something. Although some things are small things for some people, but for that person, it is always something that makes you think.
But in each person often have to deal with stress in one's own way and that person's already and today will come to introduce how to relieve stress that use it to myself when there is a matter of anxiety.
1. Go outside and meet people.
When we go out, whether it's going to a party, a Cafe, to the library, or whatever, it always brings us one thing meeting people and at least keeping us from thinking about our stresses for a while. as if we had a break for our brains to rest and feel relaxed
2. Rest your mind
Here, taking a break doesn't mean that you don't have the right to not think at all, but rather that you stop thinking about things that are stressing you out for a while. Let our bodies deal with our own thoughts.
3. Self-care
Having time for ourselves is taking care of our own mental and physical health that most people tend to neglect. Whether exercising get enough sleep and do an exercises or even manage our food well so as not to negatively affect ourselves in the future
4. Talk to new people
It's not always a bad thing to meet people whether it's a Cafe, a public park, or even a pub. That allows us to meet people and exchange ideas, experiences of that person to think, analyze and apply to ourselves. in order to resolve the problem
