                   Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way we respond to stress, however, makes a big difference to our overall well-being.stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation.

         Stress can lead to emotional and mental symptoms like:

  • Anxiety or irritability 
  • Depression.
  • Panic attacks.
  • Sadness.

    you can   prevent it from becoming too much by employing certain daily techniques:

  • Exercise when you feel symptoms of stress coming on. 
  • At the end of each day, take a moment to think about what you’ve accomplished — not what you didn’t get done.
  • Set goals for your day, week and month. 
  • Consider talking to a therapist or your healthcare provider about your worries.  

What are some strategies for reducing stress?????

Numerous everyday techniques can assist you in reducing stress:

  • Reading the book.
  • Travel trip.
  • Playing the video game.
  • Do some Exercise like yoga or something.
  • Meeting someone outside.
  • Listen the song.

It’s natural and normal to be stressed sometimes. But long-term stress can cause physical symptoms, emotional symptoms and unhealthy behaviors. Try relieving and managing stress using a few simple strategies. But if you feel overwhelmed, talk to your doctor.
